How to make an invoice
- Enter your business name, contact details and (optionally) your logo. They are remembered for next time.
- Add your client's name and billing address.
- List each product or service with quantity and rate. Totals, tax and discount are calculated for you.
- Add payment terms — when payment is due and how to pay (bank transfer, PayPal, card link).

FAQ
Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on invoices. The tool runs in your browser, so we never see or store your invoices. The site is supported by ads and partner links.
Where is my data stored?
Your business details, logo and next invoice number are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the next invoice is faster. Client details and line items are never uploaded anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What should an invoice include?
At minimum: your name or business name and contact details, the client’s name, a unique invoice number, issue and due dates, a description of each item or service with quantity and rate, the total due, and how to pay. Some countries require tax IDs or VAT details, so check local rules.
Can I add my logo and change the currency?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo under 500 KB and choose from 14 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD. You can also add a tax rate and a discount.
